Pastor Andy Garcia joined ABF’s staff as Interim Director of Student Ministries in March 2003.  His background involves 20 years of student ministry, three of those years as Associate Pastor and four years as a worship leader.  In October 2007, Andy’s title changed to Associate Pastor of Worship Arts and Adult Ministries.  He is passionate about the church family and their relational journey with Jesus.

Andy has attended The Master’s College, receiving a degree in Christian Ministries.  He is married to Terry and has four beautiful daughters - Jamie, Sophia, Emilee and Kelsey.

Pastor Jon Nungester, after living in the Conejo Valley for his entire life and serving in a church for the last six years, joined the staff of Agoura Bible Fellowship in September 2007.  Having begun with a  primary focus on Middle School ministry, he today serves as Associate Pastor of Student Ministries.  As an Associate Pastor, Jon’s focus is on students, from middle school through college.

Jon is a 2001 graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  Additionally, he is a 2006 graduate of Talbot Theological Seminary at Biola University with a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry and Leadership.  He is married to Amber and has a daughter, Katie, and a newborn son, Joshua.  He enjoys spending time with his family as well as fishing and golfing in his spare time.

Carolyn Brookman is ABF's Children Ministries Director for nursery through fifth grade.  She grew up just east of the Rockies in Kansas and Colorado, and began her formal Christian training at Multnomah School Of The Bible in Portland, Oregon.  Her many years of experience in loving and teaching children about God's love, make her a valuable asset on our team.  She is married to Ron.

Nancy Angel is ABF's Administrative Assistant / Office Manager.  Nancy is the one who has the answers to all of your questions!  She is married to Doug.

Terry Garcia is ABF's Student Ministries Assistant / Accountant.  Terry is the assistant to the youth pastor and takes charge of the day-to-day operations of Student Ministries. She also oversees the accounting procedures at ABF.  Terry has four daughters and is married to Andy.

Cindy Vanis   is ABF's Ministry Assistant / Assistant Children Ministries Director. Cindy grew up in Reseda and was very active in sports.  She attended St Genevieve High School and went to Pierce College and CSUN until she was married in 1977.  She was married for 20 years and has been a single mom since 1997.

She has six children, four girls and two boys, and has been coming to ABF for 16 years.  She has helped in AWANA for the past 13 years and has been teaching Sunday School for 15 years.  She enjoys spending time with her kids and her two granddaughters.
