What Should I Expect in This Church?

We normally have two identical services each Sunday morning, starting at 9:00AM and 10:45AM. But during the period of August 1 thru September 5, we have just one 10:00AM Worship Service and Sunday School.  Come early for good parking and seating.  There are a few parking spaces specifically designated for new Guests.  These spaces are just opposite the main walkway to the worship center.  Please use one! As you approach, a greeter will say hello, and when you enter the worship center, an usher will give you a brochure (we call it a bulletin).  It will have lots of information about what's going on at ABF during the week, along with contact phone numbers for many of our leaders. Feel free to sit anywhere you want.

The service will include uplifting God-centered worship songs, mostly in a contemporary style.  There will be a practical message taught from the Bible that will likely keep you thinking throughout the next week. At the end of the service, we have prayer partners available for anyone who wants prayer for any reason.

We’re quite informal, so dress casually and comfortably.

Between the two services, from about 10:15 to 10:45, we have free coffee and goodies in the patio area, enabling time for you to meet some new friends and hopefully help you feel at home.

What's Available for My Children?

We offer a SAFE learning environment (where all our volunteers are fingerprinted and pre-screened) as well as a FUN place for your kids to learn about God and the Bible. 

Your children's Sunday School class (which is offered while you are in "big church" during one of the morning services) will include a time of singing, an exciting story from the Bible, games and/or craft time and a snack.  On the second Sunday of each month, our children start out in the main worship service with you, then are dismissed to their classes before the sermon begins.

Our goal is to help you, as a parent, raise up children who love God with positive character traits and a biblical worldview.
