I'm New

What should I expect at this church?

Sunday morning Worship Services begin at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM. The Thursday Night Service begins at 7:00 PM. The three services include uplifting God-centered worship songs, mostly in a contemporary style. A practical message is taught from the Bible that will likely keep you thinking throughout the week. There are many audio and video messages on this website via the MEDIA menu, or on iTunes and our YouTube Channel via the links provided at the bottom of every webpage. At the end of the services, we have Elders available for anyone who wants prayer for any reason. ABF is a caring family.

We are quite informal, so dress casually and comfortably.

We have complimentary coffee and snacks at The Well, enabling time for you to meet some new friends to help you feel at home.

As you approach, a greeter will greet you and answer questions. When you enter the worship center, an usher will give you a bulletin and message outline. It will have lots of information about what's going on at ABF during the week, along with contact phone numbers for many of our leaders. This important information is also featured on this website, with even more details and photos. A Care Journal will be passed to you. Each person in the row confirms their attendance and has the opportunity to seek prayer or ask questions confidentially. Feel free to sit anywhere in the worship center as you enjoy the worshipful music, meaningful message and friendly fellowship of ABF. The chances are very high that you and your children will want to return each week. ABF is a growing family.

What is available for my children?

The ABF children's Kids BLAST program (which is offered while you are in one of the three services) includes an exciting story from the Bible, games and/or craft time and a snack. Look for the blue Kids BLAST banner above Room 1, to the left of the worship center, where the children check in for their name tags. Then bring your children with you into the main Worship Center, sitting together for family praise and worship. After some worshipful singing, they are dismissed to Children's Church or their classes. The 9:00 AM session features Children's Church. It includes a full program and lesson. The 10:45 AM session features separate classes by age group. The program is also held on Thursday nights.

We offer a SAFE learning environment where all our volunteers are fingerprinted and pre-screened, as well as a FUN place for children to learn about God and the Bible.

Our goal is to help you, as a parent, raise children who love God with positive character traits and a biblical worldview. At ABF, kids come first!
